Your mission

• You will support the creation of the communication strategy for the zactrack brand
• You will implement this strategy dynamically and have extensive scope for action here
• In videos, workshops and on social media, you will communicate technical topics clearly, authentically and tailored to the target group
• You enable our worldwide distribution partners and work closely with their technical experts, sales and marketing teams
• You create educational content for our international team and participate in specialist panels and product presentations
• You are responsible for the content on all communication channels. You know current zactrack productions/events and you prepare social media content around them

Your profile

• You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship (e.g. event technology specialist), a relevant degree or a comparable qualification
• You know the event industry and enjoy communicating technical issues to our customers in a relaxed and confident manner in front of the camera
• You want to work independently and autonomously in a committed team 
• You are flexible and willing to travel 50% of your time
• You speak and write English fluently 
• Experience, especially in sound and lighting technologies
